ABOUT Gretchen G. Randall

Gretchen G. Randall has extensive experience in civil litigation. She practices primarily in the areas of medical malpractice defense, legal malpractice, products liability and premises liability. Prior to joining Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, Attorney Randall practiced at Wiggin & Dana in the areas of general civil litigation and medical malpractice defense. Currently she focuses on defending hospitals, physicians, mid-level practitioners and nursing staff against claims of medical negligence.Attorney Randall is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Connecticut and has an active trial practice. Attorney Randall has successfully litigated jury cases and bench trials, as well as representing her clients’ interests in binding arbitrations and mediations. She also represents physicians in licensing matters before the Connecticut Department of Public Health. Attorney Randall lectures at seminars and at Grand Rounds on aspects of civil litigation and risk management issues.Attorney Randall graduated cum laude from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with honors in English Literature. She earned her law degree from Indiana University School of Law, where she served as a Managing Editor on the Federal Communications Law Journal.
