Guy C. Fustine

Guy C. Fustine is chair of the Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Group. His practice is focused on business reorganization, commercial litigation and sports law. Mr. Fustine is board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification, and he has been listed in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® since 2007 and Best Lawyers in America® since 1993. Mr. Fustine uses his experience, knowledge and skill to represent multimillion dollar debtors, creditors holding secured, unsecured and priority claims, creditors’ committees and trustees. He is also a certified contract advisor for the National Football League Players Association and a licensed athlete agent in Pennsylvania, Georgia and Alabama.
