Harold B. “Hal” Murnane III is the founding and senior partner of Murnane & O’neill a well respected and established law firm with offices located in Glen Burnie, where he has conducted his practice for over 30 years. He prides himself in handling legal matters with an aggressive, professional, yet personal touch.
Hal Murnane graduated from Bowling Green State University with B.S. degree in Business (Major: Business Pre-Law) 1975. He received law degree from the University of Baltimore, School of Law in 1978.
