Haley is an experienced litigator. Her practice focuses on employment litigation and consulting, and general business and commercial litigation.
During law school, Haley served as an Articles Editor for the South Texas Law Review and interned for the Honorable Judge David Hittner of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Haley is an Aggie, a college sports fanatic, and a devoted wife and mother.
Litigation and Corporate Practice
Haley Paul practices business and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on labor and employment law. She employs a client-based approach, tailoring her methods and tactics to the immediate needs of the client. Haley has successfully represented a number of employers during investigations by the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She has represented and counseled employers through Form I-9 audits by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Haley has successfully represented employers in Fair Labor Standards Act cases, including several collective actions, reaching favorable settlements, in some cases, and winning at trial.
