ABOUT Herbert A. Stroh

After graduating from Loyola Law School in 1985, Mr. Stroh joined Charles Whitesell and in 1988 they formed Whitesell & Stroh. In 2005, he moved to Cambria and joined the firm of Sinsheimer, Schiebelhut & Baggett, where he became a partner in 2007. Mr. Stroh joined McCormick Barstow in 2019 and assists clients in trust and estate litigation, administration, planning, and conservatorships. He has also served as a mediator in trust and estate disputes.

Experience

Mr. Stroh is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He has extensive experience in all aspects of trust, probate, conservatorship, and guardianship conflict resolution.He also has experience in all aspects of estate planning and administration of trusts, probate estates, special needs trusts, and conservatorships. Mr. Stroh has also served as a mediator in a variety of trust and estate disputes both in Los Angels and San Luis Obispo counties.
