ABOUT James Brad Wilmoth

Brad is an experienced personal injury attorney. His results speak volumes about his passion for helping injured people. He has received many awards for his accomplishments, including the Milton F. Napier Award, Best Advocate and the Lewis F. Powell Medal for Excellence in Advocacy from the American College of Trial Lawyers. He was also the recipient of the Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy from the Lawyers Association of St. Louis. Brad has received over 60 individual awards for parliamentary speech and debate competitions and has won over 30 tournament championships for speech and debate.

Brad is passionately dedicated to fighting for individuals who are injured. He handles cases throughout the country in both state and federal courts for personal injury clients. He is passionately committed to trying cases when necessary and is continuously recognized by his peers for his trial advocacy skills.

Brad worked extensively on a case resulting in a $27 Million verdict against the manufacturer of defective firefighting equipment for the widow and children of a St. Louis firefighter. The verdict was the highest jury verdict in Missouri in 2007 and was one of the highest in the United States.

He also received a $4.5 Million verdict for a woman who lost her fingers in a chicken processing machine in 2009.

In addition, he has recovered tens of millions of dollars for personal injury victims throughout his career.

Apart from the law, Brad is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and lived there for a year. He is also a mentor for high school students from troubled homes who are interested in legal careers.
