Mr. Kavanaugh is a trial lawyer with extensive experience in both state and federal courts. His practice is primarily in the litigation of commercial and employment disputes, where he has represented numerous major corporations in a wide spectrum of industries. Mr. Kavanaugh serves as co-chair of the firm's employment law and commercial litigation groups.
Mr. Kavanaugh has been regularly selected as a "Massachusetts Super Lawyer" each year since 2004. In addition, he was selected as one of the "Top 100 Massachusetts Super Lawyers" from 2006-2008 and one of the "Top 100 New England Super Lawyers" in 2008 by the publishers of Boston Magazine. Mr. Kavanaugh was also recognized in 2015, 2016 and 2017 as a Best Lawyer®.
