ABOUT James H. Jones

James Jones' practice is concentrated in commercial, real estate, and fund finance. He regularly advises lenders and borrowers regarding acquisition and development financing, construction lending, subscription lines of credit, bridge loans, asset-based lending, mezzanine lending, loan participations and syndications, factoring, equipment leasing, the acquisition and disposition of distressed debt, creditor’s rights, workouts, foreclosures, and restructures. He is active in tax advantaged lending, including low income housing tax credits, new market tax credits, and historic tax credits. He regularly speaks and advises funds, investors, and lenders regarding the Opportunity Zone Program.
