James (Jim) S. Helfrich

James S. Helfrich spent three years in Manhattan as an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. He then moved to Colorado where he worked as an associate at Gersh & Danielson and then as a founding partner at Gersh & Helfrich, LLP. Mr. Helfrich moved to Allen & Vellone, P.C. in November 2010, where he continues to focus in commercial and securities litigation.

Mr. Helfrich has helped hundreds of clients obtain justice in cases involving securities fraud, breaches of contract and fiduciary duty, bankruptcy, civil rights and environmental violations, illegal business practices, Ponzi schemes, real estate disputes, and bodily injuries.
