Mr. McDade joined McCormick Barstow’s Modesto office in 2019.

Mr. McDade has practiced in the area of personnel management and human resource for over 28 years.He primarily represents employers in matters related to human resource law.Mr. McDade is a local product of Modesto, having graduated from Thomas Downey High School.He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he earned a degree in economics and was a linebacker on the BYU National Championship Football Team.Mr. McDade then earned his law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego.
Mr. McDade is a member of the Employment Section of the California Bar Association and is a member and past-president of the Central Valley chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (CVHRMA).He also taught community classes at local junior colleges on various human resource topics.In his spare time, Mr. McDade enjoys activities like wildlife photography, archery, fishing. He and his lovely wife, Francine, have four children and one grandchild.
