I have conducted litigation cases in state and/or federal courts including trial and appellate courts in Utah, Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, New Mexico, New York, Washington State, Washington D.C., Wisconsin and Wyoming and before various state and federal administrative agencies.
