ABOUT Janine A. Guillen, J.D., M.B.A., LL.M., RN

Janine A. Guillen is a partner at Anderson & Jahde, PC. Her practice areas include Estate and Business Planning, Tax, Corporate Law, Trusts, Incapacity Planning (including Guardianships and Conservatorships), Probate and Trust Administration, Litigation, and Health Care Law.

Janine has represented hundreds of clients in all stages of the planning process. She also helps other attorneys when requested as co-counsel. Janine has tried cases as lead counsel and first chair to juries and the bench.

In addition, Janine is a frequently requested teacher and speaker. She teaches continuing education classes for CPAs, wealth advisors, insurance professionals, health care practitioners and attorneys.
