Jason L. Nohr ("Jay") has over twenty years of experience handling complex civil litigation matters in the state and federal trial and appellate courts of Georgia with an emphasis on representing individuals who have suffered serious and catastrophic injuries or wrongful death in the following areas: professional negligence, medical malpractice, birth injury and trauma, nursing home and elder abuse and negligence, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability and negligent security, and recreational boating, watercraft, jet ski, and drowning injuries and death.
Mr. Nohr has been appointed by the United States District Court to serve as a Receiver in connection with enforcement actions filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") involving fradulent Ponzi-type schemes. In those actions, Mr. Nohr aggressively seeks recovery of financial losses caused to innocent investors defrauded in the Ponzi scheme.
