Jason M. Yancey

Jason Yancey graduated from BYU Law School in 2007. He is recognized as one of the top lawyers in Utah. He specializes in commercial and contract disputes, general transactional issue, employment and business issues, domestic law and family law.

Jason's career has been successful. He distinguished himself as a bright young lawyer in law school. He graduated cum laude, and received a Medal of Excellence from the American Bankruptcy Institute recognizing him as one of the top law students in the country. Jason was awarded the Rising Star Award from Mountain States Super Lawyers in two consecutive years. This is an award received by less than two and a half percent of all lawyers.

Soon after graduating law school, Jason served as a Co-Chair for the Needs of Children Committee. He then took on the role of Treasurer for the Young Lawyer Division of the Utah State Bar.
