I am a partner in the Lancaster Law Firm of Nikolaus & Hohenadel, LLP where I chair the Litigation Department.
I have a wide background in civil litigation and more than 30 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation. I am also a speaker and lecturer on Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation law.
I am a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lancaster County Bar Association and have been admitted to practice at the Bar of the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. I am also admitted to practice at the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
I have served as a Commander in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the United States Naval Reserve and am a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College and the Temple University School of Law.
