Jeff Stuart is a member of Eversheds Sutherland (US)'s Energy Practice Group representing electric utilities, power marketers and retail electric providers in federal and state electric regulatory and litigation matters.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Jeff worked for an electric utility company on matters before the Florida Public Service Commission. Previously, he was an attorney for the commission staff at the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
