Jeffrey C. Arnold

Mr. Arnold has focused his practice in the area of subrogation.

He has extensive experience and expertise in handling subrogation claims including commercial lines, personal lines, and marine. He has represented insurers on multi-million dollar claims from inception through resolution, via mediation, arbitration and trial.

In addition to his subrogation expertise, he has vast experience in handling personal injury and worker’s compensation claims, with special emphasis on product liability claims. He has represented injured workers, homeowners and their insurers against manufacturers of defective products, and has also defended the manufacturer of an alleged defective product. In addition, he has assisted insurers in defense of environmental spills, contract disputes and commercial transactions.

He is an attorney-agent with First American Title Company, one of the largest and most respective title insurance companies in the industry, which allows him to oversee and handle a wide range of residential real estate transactions. He has represented both sellers and buyers in numerous real estate ventures.
