ABOUT Jeffrey P. Johnson

Jeff Johnson concentrates his practice in the areas of legislative and regulatory representation of insurance companies (both traditional and captive), banks, securities firms and individuals working in the financial services industry. Jeff’s practice also addresses a wide variety of corporate law issues for financial service companies, including corporate formations, ongoing annual representation, participation in shareholders’ and directors’ meetings, and dissolutions. He has been involved on behalf of insurers in insurance solvency proceedings. In addition, his practice includes representation of clients in administrative law proceedings with the Vermont Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Health Care Administration.
