Jennifer Griffin Anstaett focuses her practice on Medicaid planning, estate and special needs planning, probate, and elder law. She advises clients on a broad range of estate planning matters, including lifetime gifting and transfers at death, estate planning for families with children with disabilities, and Medicaid planning. She also assists clients with trust and estate administration. Ms. Anstaett is a graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law (2001), where she was Lead Articles Editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, in English and history from Centre College in 1998. A longtime Kentucky resident, Ms. Anstaett is active in the local community, serving as Vice President of the Board of Directors of Pro Seniors, Inc. She is a member of the Ohio and Kentucky State Bar Associations, the Cincinnati Bar Association, and the Association of Professionals in Aging and Health Care Friends. Ms. Anstaett is also a past chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association's Elder Law Committee and serves as chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association's Basic Estate Planning Institute CLE planning committee. Ms. Anstaett is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
