Jenny Shin is an associate attorney for the Law Offices of Rosenstein & Associates, and has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since 2000. Jenny is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts (Southern, Northern, Central and Eastern Districts), the United States Bankruptcy Court (Southern District), and the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit.
Jenny will be concentrating her practice in estate planning matters, transactional matters and employment law. Her practice will include probate and trust administration.
Jenny has over 10 years’ experience counseling employers in all aspects of the employment relationship with emphasis on hiring practices, employment agreements, employee handbooks, employment separation and wage and hour matters. She is an experienced estate planning attorney and has also represented clients in civil litigation at the state and federal level and before governmental agencies.
Jenny is a member of the Bar Association of Southwest Riverside County, the Riverside County Bar Association and the California Lawyers Association. She is an active member of her church and the Temecula community, volunteering extensively for the Temecula Valley Unified School District and various youth music organizations.
Jenny received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of California, Riverside and her Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
As a wife and mother to three daughters, Jenny strives to be an example of integrity, dedication, strong work ethic and responsible citizenship, and these values are at the heart of the service she provides to the clients of Rosenstein & Associates.
