Jerry Casheros is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on representing clients in Family Law and Professional Liability Defense matters.
Experience
Mr. Casheros is certified by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Family Law. He has successfully represented clients in complex, high-net-worth divorce and contentious custody litigation cases.
Mr. Casheros also has extensive experience guiding professionals through malpractice investigations and litigation. He has defended hospitals, accountancy firms, financial planners, and insurance companies in professional negligence claims.
Mr. Casheros is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the U.S. District Court for Eastern District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Casheros is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated with Martindale-Hubbell. He was selected for inclusion in the Northern California Super Lawyers list (2013-2017 and 2019) and previously was included in the Rising Stars list (2009) for his primary area of practice in Family Law.
Community Involvement
Mr. Casheros served as coach for the McLane High School mock trial team (2008-2013). He was also an attorney advisor at CART (2016-2018).
