Attorney Joanna Fraczek uses her personal experiences to passionately advocate for her clients. She is well versed in all aspects of the Divorce process including Asset Division, Debt Division, Custody and Placement, Spousal Maintenance. She also assists with Post-Judgement issues and Paternity Actions.
Attorney Fraczek has extensive experience in Milwaukee County, starting her Milwaukee career in the Public Defender's office, she has vast experience helping clients navigate a variety of difficult legal issues. She continues to effectively provide that guidance now in the family law sector.
When she is not working with her family law clients, she is actively involved in her local community bolstering women in the legal field. She is an active member of several women's legal groups including the Association for Women Lawyers, Wisconsin Women in Government South-East. Attorney Fraczek is also actively involved in the local Polish community, being originally from Lublin, Poland.
