John Arthur Simpson

John A. Simpson was born in Pasadena, California, and was admitted to the California Bar in 1986. He received his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University (B.A., 1975) and his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law (J.D 1985). He is a member of the State Bar of California and has been given Martindale Hubbell highest rating for professional skill and ethics. Mr. Simpson's considerable legal experience involves the representation of property owners in construction, contract and real estate disputes; business owners of all types including apartment projects, wineries, and production facilities; trials of all manner of real estate disputes, personal injury claims, professional negligence claims, business disputes and construction actions. Mr. Simpson's practice also includes the analysis and litigation of insurance coverage disputes.
