John Barry Burgess practices in the area of civil litigation in both Tennessee and Kentucky. For over 30 years, the focus of his trial practice has been medical malpractice, personal injury, insurance, workers compensation and other areas listed below. In the course of his practice he has represented most of the major insurance companies in relation to liability defense, first party claims and coverage issues. He has experience with personal lines, commercial liability, professional liability and other specialty lines.
