Mr. Bolmer practices in the area of commercial litigation, and has handled matters involving lawyer and accountant malpractice, franchise litigation, securities fraud litigation, Americans with Disabilities Act claims, wrongful termination, other employment related matters, RICO and COCCA claims, defamation claims, wrongful discharge cases, enforcement of non-competition agreements, negligent misrepresentation, and fraud claims. Mr. Bolmer also advises clients on various aspects of commercial law including franchise law; drafting of contracts including employment agreements and non-competition agreements; and employment law.
