John F. Carroll’s legal career began at the law firm of Whitestone, Brent, Young & Merril, P.C. in 1993. As an associate attorney, his practice focused on representation of individuals charged with misdemeanors and felonies in the courts of Northern Virginia. In 2004, Mr. Carroll rejoined his former colleagues at Whitestone, et al. for a brief period before forming Carroll & Carroll, P.C. Mr. Carroll is a frequent lecturer at the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Academy.
