ABOUT John M. Williams, Jr.

John Williams, Jr. is admitted to practice law in Maryland. John attended Allegheny College where he received his bachelor’s degree in 2009. He went to the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was also a Production Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review. In 2011 his student comment “A ‘Familiar’ Standard of Care: What the Same or Similar Communities Standard Could Mean for Maryland,” regarding the standard of care in Maryland medical malpractice litigation was published. Additionally, as a student John represented numerous indigent clients in civil matters as a Student Attorney before graduating magna cum laude in 2012.

He began his career at The Law Offices of Peter T. Nicholl in 2013 working in asbestos litigation. He has represented clients suffering from diseases including asbestosis, mesothelioma, lung cancer, and other forms of asbestos-related cancer.

John is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore City Bar Association, and the Maryland Association for Justice.
