John T. Roberts

John T. Roberts focuses his practice on personal injury and mass tort litigation. A Cincinnati native, John joined Burg Simpson in June 2017 as a law clerk, gaining valuable experience in the Depakote® (valproic acid) Products Liability Litigation. In addition to lawsuits involving dangerous pharmaceutical drugs, John assisted in a variety of personal injury matters.

John earned his B.A. in Economics from The Ohio State University in 2015. Since joining Burg Simpson, John graduated cum laude from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2018. While in law school, John served as an Associate Editor on the Northern Kentucky Law Review and spent his summers working for two judges on the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas. John is currently admitted to practice in Ohio.
