Jon C. Heaton

My legal practice primarily involves real property law, general property law, aviation law and the negotiation and resolution of disputes. I always attempt to settle and resolve legal issues prior to litigation or arbitration. Much of my practice has been devoted to ski-related clients. I have served as general counsel for Marker International and its subsidiaries, a manufacturer of ski bindings, ski clothing, and accessories. I have represented Park City Ski Area in real estate activities and was formerly the attorney for the United States Ski Team. With a wealth of governmental and general business experience from the managerial, consulting and legal perspectives, I make a unique contribution to the business organizations I serve and to the emerging development projects and strategies of my clients. I was a partner and shareholder of Prince, Yeates & Geldzahler since 1976.
