Jon W. Tidwell

Jon W. Tidwell represents the interests of individuals and businesses throughout Tennessee. Practicing primarily in the areas of injury litigation, insurance disputes and contractual liability, Jon has secured remarkably favorable settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients. Before pursuing his law degree, Jon earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi. During law school, Jon participated in multiple trial and appellate competitions, and completed externships with the Mississippi Attorney General's Office and Hinds County Mississippi Public Defender's Office. Jon also clerked for established litigation firms while completing his legal education.

After relocating to Memphis, Jon gained extensive experience in the Tennessee courts while focusing on criminal defense and plaintiff-oriented practice. Since joining McNabb, Bragorgos, Burgess & Sorin, Jon has successfully prosecuted and defended a broad range of complex civil cases on behalf of the firm's clients.
