Joseph Soueidi practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, banking and commercial transactions, oil and gas, and commercial litigation. He is a member of the State Bar of Montana, and he is licensed to practice in both Montana state and federal courts.Joseph was born and raised in Billings, Montana and graduated from Senior High School in 2000. He attended the Montana State University in Bozeman and graduated with a degree in Business Finance. Upon graduation, Joseph began a career with First Interstate Bank working in credit analysis, commercial lending, and commercial real estate lending. He also had the honor of sitting on First Interstate Bank's Environmental Sustainability Committee.In 2011, Joseph left First Interstate Bank and enrolled in the University of Wyoming College of Law. While in law school he participated in an externship with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Wyoming. He also worked for the College of Law's Estate Planning Clinic and was a teaching assistant for the Legal Writing Department. During his two summers in law school, Joseph worked as a summer associate at Moulton Bellingham. He graduated and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming in May of 2014.
