Joe Kelley joined Harris law in 1997. Since that time Mr. Kelley has vigorously represented victims of a wide variety of medical malpractice actions as well as victims of construction site accidents, building accidents, defective products and motor vehicle accidents. Through his tireless efforts, determination and laser focus he routinely wins multi-million dollar recoveries for clients each year. Mr. Kelley has been recognized as one of the top lawyers in New York City and has been included in the 2016 New York Super Lawyers list. This award is given to only a small percentage of attorneys in their given State.
Some of Mr. Kelley’s successes include the third highest recovery in a medical malpractice case against New York City Health and Hospitals in 2012 and then the second highest recovery for a medical malpractice case against the New York City Health and Hospitals in 2013.
Mr. Kelley is a graduate of New York Law School, a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and New York County Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey as well as the Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
