ABOUT Joseph M. Peltz

Joseph M. Peltz is an associate focusing on business litigation and business transactions.

He received his B.A. in International Relations from Colgate University in 2003 and graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2007. Joe was very active in Moot Court, winning the Law school's intramural Jenkins Moot Court Competition, serving on the Moot Court Executive Board, and competing in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Joe interned for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Louis B. Butler, Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Jeffrey A. Wagner, and the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin.

Joe is admitted to practice before the Wisconsin Bar, and the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and he is a member of the Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and American Bar Associations. Additionally, Joe is a member of the Thomas E. Fairchild American Inns of Court and he serves on the Alumni Board of University School of Milwaukee.

Joe has been recognized as a Rising Star in Milwaukee Magazine's Super Lawyer survey in the practice area of business litigation every year since 2009.
