Whether the matter is a business transaction involving the purchase and sale of assets and businesses, or a merger or acquisition, Joe has the experience that makes the difference. He has worked on countless matters including purchases and sales, mergers and acquisitions, and related financing transactions and commercial lending with single lenders as well as syndicated credit facilities on behalf of both lenders and borrowers. Other areas of practice have included general representation of public authorities, public finance matters representing issuers and underwriters in tax-exempt bond offerings, hospital and health law work, and a variety of matters in the area of cable and communications law.
