With over ten years of legal experience, Josh enjoys a diverse and fast paced practice. Prior to joining Myers Billion, LLP, Josh worked as a criminal prosecutor in the Rapid City area. These years in the courtroom allowed Josh to hone his trial and litigation skills.

Today, Josh's practice focuses primarily on litigation matters in the areas of family law, commercial law, estate litigation, general civil ligation, and criminal defense. His criminal defense practice extends to both state and federal courts and all levels of offenses. His family law practice extends to many areas including divorce (along with high asset divorce matters), paternity actions, custody disputes, as well as surrogacy, egg donation, and adoption matters. He also assists clients with transactional matters including business formation, commercial leases, asset purchases, and real estate purchases.
