Joshua O'Hare is an associate attorney at Foley Freeman and enjoys the practice of bankruptcy, civil disputes, landlord tenant, and family law. His practice crosses all area of civil litigation including complicated property disputes and creditor’s rights.
Though a California native, like many new to Idaho, he’s grown to love the Treasure Valley and the surrounding areas, as well as the friendly Idaho spirit that is unique to the state.
Joshua received his Bachelor of Arts at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. His undergraduate degree in Media Arts helps him explain to people how Pixar films should not be referred to as “family movies” but should instead be treated as a higher art form as he spent hours watching and analyzing films and scripts to earn his undergrad degree.
Joshua’s blood runs blue as he also received his JD from BYU Law School. He was a teaching assistant and a research assistant as well as an associate editor, senior editor, and historian of the BYU law review. He was also fortunate enough to work for city government and the Utah Supreme Court during his time in law school.
Joshua enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, riding his motorcycle, and watching movies.
