Joycelyne Moimeme

Joycelyne Moimeme is an Associate attorney in Butler’s Miami office, practicing in First-Party Property Coverage matters and related litigation.

Joycelyne received her Juris Doctor degree from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley law school and a Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. She also received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University and an Associate of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Broward College.

Before joining Butler, Joycelyne litigated cases involving automotive liability, insurance and insurers, products liability and premises liability. She was also an attorney for a large staffing and consulting group assisting in the electronic discovery process of complex civil litigation and governmental investigations where she analyzed legal documents in various large-scale litigations.

Joycelyne is proficient in Haitian-Creole and is licensed to practice in Florida.
