Mr. Rivera-Aspinall is the partner in charge of the personal injury and the commercial litigation practice team. For more than 20 years he has represented exclusively the injured and their families (plaintiffs) in both the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and Puerto Rico State Courts. Mr. Rivera-Aspinall has ample experience in commercial and arbitration matters, representing USA, International and local companies and law firms in both Federal and State Courts. Mr. Rivera Aspinall frequently serves as Puerto Rico local counsel for many top USA and International law firms.
