Julie Meeks Greco was born in Charleston, West Virginia. Ms. Greco attended West Virginia University where she earned a B.A. in English in 1992 and a M.S. in Safety and Environmental Management in 1994. In 1997, Ms. Greco earned a J.D. at West Virginia University College of Law. Ms. Greco is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Ms. Greco is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, The American Bar Association and the Kanawha County Bar Association.
Ms. Greco practiced as a staff attorney for West Virginia Department of Transportation - Division of Highways from 1997 to 1998 and then with the law firm Kesner, Kesner and Bramble as an associate from 1998 to 2000. In January 2001, Ms. Greco joined the law firm of Pullin, Fowler, and Flanagan, PLLC, in Charleston, West Virginia as an associate where she is engaged in civil defense litigation practice, including bad faith, civil rights, education, legal malpractice, premises liability, and personal injury.
