Kelley N. Moran

Ms. Moran joined the Modesto office of McCormick Barstow in 2002, and currently serves as the Practice Group Chair. Ms. Moran’s practice includes all aspects of civil litigation and insurance defense, including representation of K-12 School Districts.

Experience

It also includes County Offices of Education from the claims process through the appeals process against a variety of theories such as negligence, intentional torts, sexual harassment, discrimination, and other employment related claims. Ms. Moran also represents clients in a broad range of civil disputes.

Ms. Moran is admitted to practice in the State of California and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Ms. Moran was selected for inclusion in the Northern California Rising Stars (2012) list for her primary area of practice in Civil Litigation Defense.
