Kelsey K. Bardwell

Kelsey Bardwell has been the managing partner of Sprott, Golden & Bardwell since December 2014. Prior to earning a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law, she earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas Sam Walton College of Business in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and a bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri.

Kelsey handles a variety of matters including personal injury (tractor trailer, motorcycle and car wrecks), estate planning (wills and trusts), real estate and business transactions, business formation, contract disputes, banking and collection work, as well as general civil litigation.

Kelsey is a native of Harrison, Arkansas, and has a passion for her community. She is a member of the Task Force on Race Relations, Rotary, and the Chamber of Commerce. She was appointed in 2017 by Governor Asa Hutchinson to serve on the State Review Committee for Historic Preservation.

Kelsey is licensed to Practice law in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
