ABOUT Kenneth A. Baldwin

After graduating from the University of California, Davis, School of Law, in 1987, Kenneth A. Baldwin joined McCormick Barstow as an associate. Mr. Baldwin became a partner with the firm in 1993. Mr. Baldwin represents clients in all types of business, corporate and real estate matters.

Experience

Mr. Baldwin acts as counsel for banks, corporations, general and limited partnerships, and family operated farming and ranching businesses. Mr. Baldwin has represented both borrowers and lending institutions in connection with major financing transactions. He has also represented banks in connection with mergers and acquisitions and has assisted investors in the formation of community banks.

Mr. Baldwin is admitted to practice law before all California State Courts, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Central Districts of California, and the U.S. Tax Court.

Honors & Awards

Mr. Baldwin is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated with Martindale-Hubbell. He was also selected for inclusion in the Northern California Super Lawyers list (2013-2019) for his primary practice area of Business/Corporate Law.

Community Involvement

Mr. Baldwin served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity, Inc. in (2001-2002).
