Kenneth Hopper was born in Charleston, West Virginia, on May 6, 1983. After graduating from George Washington High School in 2002, he attended Bethany College in the northern panhandle of West Virginia. At Bethany, Kenneth received distinction in the field of economics and in 2006 graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.
In the fall of 2006, Kenneth began his legal education at the West Virginia University of Law in Morgantown, West Virginia, and in 2009, Kenneth earned his J.D., graduating from the College of Law. Prior to being admitted to the West Virginia State Bar in October 2009, Kenneth began working as a judicial law clerk for Judge James A. Matish in Harrison County, West Virginia. In July, 2010, Kenneth accepted a full-time position with Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe.
Kenneth lives in Morgantown, West Virginia, with his wife where they each enjoy taking advantage of the numerous outdoor activities offered in West Virginia. Kenneth also enjoys running in his spare time and competing in local road races.
