Studied at Cambridge (England) where he was a member of the Cambridge University Boxing Team (C.U.A.B.C.). United Way Leadership Donor and Member, The Tocqueville Society. Named, Distinguished Barrister for Leadership in the Law, 2008. Recipient, Fifth Annual Child Safety Advocate Award, Indiana University School of Medicine - Automotive Safety Program. Appointed Class Counsel in several important class actions, including the South Shore Train Crash at Gary, Indiana, on January 18, 1993; the Nurseryland Bus Crash at Gary, Indiana, on June 25, 1998; the Truck/Train Collision at Portage, Indiana, on June 18, 1998. Also appointed to Plaintiffs' Discovery Committee for the Air Crash Disaster at Sioux City, Iowa, on July 19, 1989.
