Kenneth J. Sylvester

As Chairperson of the firm's Workers' Compensation practice group, Kenneth J. Sylvester brings nearly three decades of courtroom experience, most of which is in workers' compensation. He has successfully litigated on behalf of large corporations with household names.

Importantly, Ken is committed to personal service, and his clients always come first. He also understands the sensitive balance between aggressive file handling and cost containment, and keeps clients apprised throughout the process. Additionally, he offers regular seminars to both the insured and carriers to educate parties on statutory changes and new case developments.
