Kevin G. Desai

Kevin G. Desai is an associate attorney at Ehrlich, Petriello, Gudin & Plaza who specializes in civil litigation, including commercial, real estate and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Desai is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. His education and professional experience allow him to formulate effective legal strategies that are custom tailored to the unique legal needs of each of his clients, ranging from large corporations to individuals.

Mr. Desai earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law in 2015 and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Rutgers University School of Arts & Sciences. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Desai focused his practice on the representation of corporate clients in the areas of mortgage default, bankruptcy, creditors' rights and post-foreclosure sale evictions. During his time in law school, Mr. Desai was a judicial intern for the Honorable Stephen J. Bernstein, J.S.C. in the Essex Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
