Kevin M. O'Shea

Kevin M. O'Shea, a Member of Sulloway & Hollis, PLLC, concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation, including contract disputes, construction claims, real estate litigation, and commercial collections. He also handles matters concerning Internet issues, including privacy, and domain registration disputes; as well as transportation disputes involving watercraft, railroads and bus lines.

Additionally, Mr. O'Shea manages an entertainment law practice, including celebrity endorsement, book publishing, music performance, and music licensing matters. Prior to entering law school, Mr. O'Shea worked for more than 10 years as a musical agent and manager for Emmy® and Grammy® nominated artists, and draws upon that experience and familiarity with entertainment law in advising clients in that area.

Mr. O'Shea is also an adjunct professor at the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
