Kimberly L. Daily

Kimberly Daily advises clients on all aspects of litigation with a focus on complex commercial and energy disputes. She regularly represents energy, chemical, and transportation companies in breach of contract disputes and other general business litigation matters.

Kim’s experience includes winning one bench trial and three jury trials, in which she gave opening statements and closing arguments and directed and cross-examined key witnesses. Kim has taken more than 40 fact witness and corporate representative depositions, argued more than 35 contested hearings, and represented national and local companies in complex commercial and tort matters, including breach of contract, employment discrimination, and breach of fiduciary duty.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Kim was a litigation associate at a full service law firm in Houston.
