Kimberly Luckey focuses her practice on matters relating to family law and domestic relations, including, custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, and divorce. Ms. Luckey's expertise also extends to domestic matters involving military families. She represents clients in the Northern Virginia area including the jurisdictions of Prince William, Loudoun, Fauquier, Fairfax, and Stafford counties.
Ms. Luckey strives to achieve each client's goals through an individualized representation. She creates this personalized experience by meeting with and learning about each client's specific circumstance. Ms. Luckey ultimately works to achieve favorable results for her clients, whether through negotiations or trial, based on her client's individual circumstance.
Ms. Luckey joined The Daugherty Law Firm, P.C. in 2011 after earning her law degree in two and a half years. She graduated cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2010. In law school, Ms. Luckey was selected to be a member of the Moot Court Honor Board where she refined her oral advocacy. While a member of the Honor Board, Ms. Luckey represented her law school in various oral advocacy competitions, earning a National Award for "Best Oral Advocate" from the Cincinnati School of Law's August A. Rendigs, Jr. National Products Liability Moot Court Competition. Prior to entering law school, Ms. Luckey graduated from Longwood University in 2008 with a B.S. in Political Science, concentrating in pre-law, and a minor in English.
