Ms. Pittman graduated from Elkhart High School in Elkhart, Kansas. Ms. Pittman then attended Wichita State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice. Kristi earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas in 2000. While attending Washburn School of Law, Kristi was appointed to the National Order of Barristers. She was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2000 and the Kansas Bar in 2001. Kristi is a member and past president of the Clay County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, The Missouri Bar, and The Kansas Bar.
Kristi previously served as the Senior Unit Chief in the Kansas City office of the Missouri Attorney General’s Office Labor Division, representing the state of Missouri as an employer and the Missouri Second Injury Fund in Workers’ Compensation matters. She regularly appears on behalf of employers and employees before the Missouri and Kansas division of Workers’ Compensation, the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, and the Missouri Court of Appeals. She has also appeared before the Kansas Court of Appeals.
Ms. Pittman joined the firm of Withers, Brant, Igoe, and Mullennix, P.C. in 2008. In 2012 she formed the Law Firm of Kelly & Pittman, P.C. In July, 2016, she joined the Law Firm of Patton Wagner & Associates, P.C. Kristi practices primarily in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury, and general litigation.
Ms. Pittman has resided in the Kansas City Northland for over 17 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, as well as running and spending time outdoors.
